  • Frameworks built in — start from RICE (Reach × Impact × Confidence ÷ Effort), WSJF (weighted shortest job first), ICE (Impact × Confidence × Ease), or Value / Effort — or build a custom formula that's checked as you type.
  • Score your way — sliders, dots or stars for quick relative judgement; numeric or a fixed scale for precise values. Your scores are yours; the table shows the aggregate.
  • Fairer team maths — everyone's scores for each criterion are combined first, then the formula produces the ranking — fairer than averaging finished scores.
