MassMod LLCMassMod applications distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace

Effective Date: June 23, 2026 Last Updated: August 5, 2026

1. How our terms are structured

MassMod LLC ("MassMod," "we," "us") distributes its applications through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of any MassMod application (each, an "App") is governed by two documents read together:

  1. The Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement (the "Standard Agreement") — the base license agreement between you and MassMod, adopted by MassMod through its Marketplace listing; and
  2. The MassMod Provider-Specific Terms set out in Section 3 below, which supplement and, where stated, tailor the Standard Agreement.

If there is a conflict, the documents apply in the order a customer agreed to them at purchase or installation, as presented by the Atlassian Marketplace. Defined terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Standard Agreement.

2. The Standard Agreement

MassMod has adopted the Atlassian Marketplace Standard End User Agreement, which is based on the open, lawyer-developed Bonterms Standard Agreement. We do not reproduce or modify its text here; the authoritative version is maintained by Atlassian and is the version you agree to at purchase or installation:

You should review the Standard Agreement at the link above. The version that governs is the one presented and accepted through the Atlassian Marketplace at the time you license or install the App.

3. MassMod Provider-Specific Terms

These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Standard Agreement for all MassMod Apps.

3.1 Provider and notices

  • Provider: MassMod LLC, a California limited liability company.
  • Address: 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States.
  • Legal/notice contact: legal@massmod.app
  • Support contact: support@massmod.app
  • Security contact: security@massmod.app

3.2 Governing law and venue

The Standard Agreement is governed by, and these Provider-Specific Terms are governed by, the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in the State of California.

3.3 Privacy and data processing

  • Our handling of personal data is described in the MassMod Privacy Policy: https://massmod.app/legal/privacy/.
  • Where MassMod processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, the applicable MassMod Data Processing Agreement for that App forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, these Terms. The Data Processing Agreement for MassMod Agile Tools is published at https://massmod.app/legal/data-processing-agreement-agile-tools/. Where a Data Processing Agreement applies, it controls over these Terms on any matter governed by the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or other applicable data protection law.
  • The Apps operate within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure, communicate only with Atlassian's own product APIs, and do not transmit your organization's data to MassMod's own servers. See the Privacy Policy and the applicable Data Processing Agreement for detail.

3.4 The App depends on the Atlassian platform

The App runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and relies on Atlassian APIs and services. MassMod is not responsible for outages, changes, deprecations, rate limits, or data availability caused by Atlassian or by changes to Atlassian's platform or APIs. Continuity of specific App features may depend on the continued availability of Atlassian APIs outside MassMod's control.

3.5 Support

  • Support is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis via support@massmod.app and the MassMod Support Portal at https://massmod.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/35.
  • We aim to acknowledge support requests within two (2) business days. Support is provided during MassMod business hours (Pacific Time), Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays. No formal service-level agreement applies unless separately agreed with MassMod in writing.
  • Security vulnerability reports should be sent to security@massmod.app or submitted through the MassMod Support Portal. We aim to acknowledge vulnerability reports within two (2) business days and to provide an initial assessment within five (5) business days. Researchers acting in good faith, following responsible disclosure practices, and not accessing, altering, or exfiltrating the data of others will not be subject to legal action by MassMod.

3.6 Acceptable use

In addition to the Standard Agreement, you agree not to: (a) use the App in violation of Atlassian's terms or applicable law; (b) use the App to access, modify, or administer accounts or data you are not authorized to administer; or (c) resell, sublicense, or provide the App as a service to third parties except as permitted by the Standard Agreement or a separate written agreement with MassMod.

3.7 Beta and early-access features

Features designated as beta, preview, or early access are provided "as is," may change or be withdrawn, and are excluded from any warranties or service commitments.

3.8 Feedback

If you send MassMod suggestions or feedback about the App, you grant MassMod a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products, without obligation or attribution. We do not treat the content of your feedback as confidential unless you mark it confidential and we agree in writing.

3.9 Changes to these Provider-Specific Terms

We may update these Provider-Specific Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where the change materially affects customer rights, by reasonable advance notice. Adopting a new version of the Standard Agreement requires a separate, manual opt-in through our Marketplace listing.

4. Where these terms are used

This page is the published home of MassMod's Provider-Specific Terms. The same Provider-Specific Terms are entered in the Atlassian Marketplace listing (app version → Links tab → Provider-Specific Terms), so the listing, the installation screen, and this page stay consistent. When that text changes here, update it in the listing as well.
