Highlights

  • Anonymous means anonymous — cards never show who wrote them, not to teammates and not to the facilitator. An open board, no reveal: cards show up live as people type.
  • Focused voting — each person gets a set number of votes (take one back any time to reallocate); a votes-left tally by each name turns into a green check when they're done, and the facilitator can end voting for everyone. Only the counts show — votes stay anonymous.
  • Group into themes — the facilitator turns a wall of stickies into a handful of topics worth talking about.
  • Actions → Jira, with carry-over — a confirmed action becomes a real Jira issue (tagged retro-action + your team label). Set a stable team label and still-open actions reappear at the start of the next retro.
  • Publish → Confluence — render the live board (themes, cards, action links) into a shareable Confluence page in one click.
  • Shared timer & join links — the facilitator can run a shared countdown at the top of the People list (a preset or a custom time, with a chime when it's up), and a Join link drops any teammate straight into the retro.

Past retros — themes, cards, action issues — are kept 90 days under History (even the abandoned ones); open one for a read-back that leads with your themes, ranked by votes.
