Retrospective

A real-time, anonymous retro board — where the actions actually stick. Cards appear live for everyone, stay anonymous, and the actions you agree on become real Jira issues that carry over to the next retro. Nothing quietly falls off.

Retrospective — the live board with cards appearing in each column as people type, always anonymous, with voting and themes

The live board — cards appear in each column as people type, always anonymous. Vote with ▲, group related cards into a theme, and turn an action into a Jira issue. Open actions from past retros carry over up top.

Highlights

  • Anonymous means anonymous — cards never show who wrote them, not to teammates and not to the facilitator. An open board, no reveal: cards show up live as people type.
  • Focused voting — each person gets a set number of votes; spend them on the themes that matter so the discussion focuses itself.
  • Group into themes — the facilitator turns a wall of stickies into a handful of topics worth talking about.
  • Actions → Jira, with carry-over — a confirmed action becomes a real Jira issue (tagged retro-action + your team label). Set a stable team label and still-open actions reappear at the start of the next retro.
  • Publish → Confluence — render the live board (themes, cards, action links) into a shareable Confluence page in one click.

Past retros — themes, cards, action issues — are kept 90 days under History, even the abandoned ones.
